Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of KudiFlow AI ("Service"). It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP.

"You" means the registered account holder and any authorized users on your account.

2. Prohibited Activities

You shall not use the Service to:

Illegal Activities

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion
• Tax evasion or fraudulent tax reporting
• Unlicensed lending, gambling, or financial services
• Fraud, identity theft, phishing, social engineering
• Any activity violating Ghanaian law (Criminal Offences Act, AML Act, Banking Act, Data Protection Act)

Prohibited Goods & Services

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances
• Counterfeit goods, IP-infringing products
• Adult/pornographic content or services
• Gambling, betting, lottery
• Tobacco, e-cigarettes (if not licensed)
• Wildlife products, endangered species
• Any item requiring a license you don't hold

Platform Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to evade limits or bans
• Sharing credentials with unauthorized persons
• Automated access (bots, scrapers, scripts) without written permission
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting AI models
• Interfering with Service security or performance (DoS, credential stuffing)
• Using USSD for non-business purposes or harassment

Data & Privacy Violations

• Collecting customer data beyond what's needed for transactions
• Selling or sharing customer contact lists without consent
• Sending unsolicited marketing SMS via our debt reminder feature
• Storing Ghana Card numbers or PINs insecurely

3. Content Standards

Business names, product descriptions, and customer records you enter must:

• Be truthful and not misleading
• Not contain hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Not infringe trademarks, copyrights, or patents
• Not contain personal data of third parties without lawful basis

We may remove content violating this AUP without prior notice.

4. Payment Processing Rules

For MoMo collections and payouts via Moolre:

• Only accept payments for goods/services you actually provide
• Provide accurate product descriptions and prices
• Do not split transactions to evade transaction limits or fees
• Do not process payments on behalf of third parties without their explicit consent and KYC
• Honor refunds per your stated policy and consumer protection law
• Cooperate with dispute/chargeback investigations promptly

Violations may result in MoMo feature suspension and reporting to Moolre/Bank of Ghana.

5. USSD Usage (*919*4016#)

• Use only for your legitimate business operations
• Do not share your USSD PIN with anyone
• Do not automate USSD interactions via scripts or SIM boxes
• Respect session limits; do not intentionally hog channels
• Report lost/stolen phones immediately so we can revoke USSD access

6. API & Automation

Public API access requires a separate agreement. Unauthorized automation includes:

• Scraping dashboard data
• Programmatic transaction entry bypassing UI
• Bulk SMS sending beyond your customer base
• Any access exceeding reasonable human usage patterns

7. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion:

• Issue a written warning
• Suspend specific features (MoMo, SMS, AI)
• Suspend or terminate your account
• Report violations to authorities (BoG, Police, DPC, MNOs)
• Pursue legal remedies for damages

No refund for terminated paid subscriptions due to AUP violations.

8. Reporting Violations

To report a violation:

• In-app: Settings → Help → Report Abuse
• Include: your account, violating account (if known), description, screenshots

We investigate all reports confidentially. False reports may violate this AUP.
